Two-factor authentication adds another layer of protection to your accounts. The first time you register, you’ll be asked to verify your account with an email address. Anytime you're to make a transfer, a unique code would be generated and sent to your email in order for you to verify your transfer. Make your you don't share any code sent to your mail with someone else.
During transfer an One Time Password (OTP) code would be generated and sent to your email. This code is to be used to confirm your transfer. Incase you don't see it on your inbox check spam folder.

Yes. You can easily initiate secure messages and send from several places within our business platform. To review past messages, simply click on “messages” from the dashboard or menu.
To transfer funds between your accounts:
  1. Log in to your PRIME CREDIT Service Account
  2. Select Transfer in the left-hand menu.
  3. Account the account details of the beneficiary.
  4. Click Submit.
